Sound Off on Sandbox Wiki and Webquest

No offense Dr. Farmer, but this was the most exasperating experience. I understand the webquest and I liked that part. The Sandbox wiki, I can do without that. I get the idea behind it, but maybe there are just too many people editing this one. Or maybe it's just the wiki application. I went in to edit it and then saved it but did not see my post. I clicked edit again and saw what I wrote, saved it, but then it didn't show up. Well, I had a few screaming words with my computer, nothing I care to put in print.

I put my post on the Discussion Board. For some reason I just drew a blank on how to add the webquest. I think I was so irritated with the Sandbox and Rollyo that I just couldn't think. So I struggled with that for a few minutes, longer than I should have. I think I am having a combination of anxiety about the final project for this class and anxiety and frustration about my other class, Cataloging and Classification.

  1. I hear your pain. I think the headings for the sandbox are strange, and I agree that a wiki format is dysfunctional, so you're doing a good job of critical analysis. It's good to know what does NOT work well too...
